A four
(4) or five (5) year program of continuous full-time study. Course credit
hours are accumulated to meet the requirements of the university and the
specific fields of study. After completing general university course
requirements, students select a specific field of study in which to
“MAJOR”. This is usually accompanied by an additional field of study in
which a student will “MINOR”. Students are encouraged to look at having
two (2) “MAJORS” to allow for flexibility and marketability after
graduation. |

Community college programs can be one or two years leading to certification
in a technical field or to an Associate of Arts Degree. Many students
complete general courses required by most universities and use these
