Mr. Walid
Abushakra
Mr.
Abushakra lead UCA as its Director prior to the school closing in 1983. He
is the founder of the ESOL Schools network and is the UCA Superintendent.
He has taken on the monumental task of reopening the doors of UCA to future
generations of students. He has made a personal and professional
commitment that the school will offer the most recent and advanced teaching
strategies and that its staff will make every attempt to equal and surpass
the outstanding level of academic achievement formerly offered by UCA.

Mr. Walter
Day
Mr. Day
joined the UCA team as the current Educational Director. He has served
many school communities around the world, including Zambia, Kuwait, Alaska,
and Texas to name a few. He brings a wealth of experience as a teacher,
counselor and administrator in both the elementary and secondary
education. His attraction to this unique challenge was the once in a
lifetime opportunity to build a school program from the ground up. He has stated that he is honored and proud to be a
part of the restoration of UCA and looks forward to preserving the UCA
heritage and to rebuilding a renewed vision of success, educational quality
and academic excellence. |
